Audience Profile: This boot camp is intended for individuals that plan to implement, use, maintain, or support Microsoft Dynamics CRM in their organization. The course is intended for power users, project managers, consultants, developers, and any other roles in the organization who want to gain foundational knowledge of the applications functionality as well as configuration and customization capabilities.

  • Add and maintain user Accounts, Security Roles and Teams
  • Manage business units
  • Manage solutions and properties
  • Create and configure security roles including how to apply the 5 types of access levels within security roles
  • Create and manage teams and security via entity and task-based privileges
  • Create and configure multiple organizations within one implementation
  • Configure system settings, currency exchange rates, and multilingual user interface language packs
  • Import and export customizations and manage permissions
  • Create and customize forms, views and charts
  • Create and customize database entities and fields
  • Customize entity relationships and mappings including creating and applying maps
