Cancellation Policy
You are allowed to cancel or reschedule without penalty up to
ten (10) business days before the course date. Canceling or rescheduling
between 5 to 10 business days before the course date is subject to a
cancellation fee of 50% of the course value. Cancelling or rescheduling with 5
days or less notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course
value, but in the event of a circumstance that prevents attendance, payment may
be applied to future training from Winding River Solutions Inc.
